Our
one-piece polymer composite fiberglass door panel produced by our
proprietary technology is free of side seams, metal fasteners or metal reinforcing
plates. Since there are no side seams, delamination is impossible.
Top cap and bottom cap are
FRP profiles, chemically welded to the panel structure and fully sealed.
Surface skins are 1/8" thick and consist of a combination of continuous
strand and knit mat.
Integral stiles are 9/16"
thick solid
pultruded fiberglass along both sides the entire
length of the panel making it possible to prep for butt hinges or a
continuous hinge at any location along the stile.

Unlike conventional
fiberglass doors, our proprietary technology produces monolithic FRP door
panels using polymers selected for their immunity to corrosive
environments, UV stabilized resin and a reinforced content of 65% by
weight.
Our unique machining process
produces a 'homogenized' fiberglass door slab with NO seams which does NOT
rely on gelcoat (as do 'hand laid' form-built FRP doors). This means that
our door panels CANNOT
delaminate, craze or fuz.
Additionally, our fiberglass
doors contain NO corrosive material (ie: aluminum or steel) in their
framing or embedded as hardware or full mortised hinge installation
reinforcement. This means our doors simply cannot degrade from
the inside>out.
It also means greater
non-conductivity and greater resistance to every known degrading
environmental factor. So why put up with that problem door any longer?
Make sure every door in your new or retrofitted facility does what doors
are supposed to do.
Specific product
formulations and manufacturing parameters are confidential since our
competitiveness in today’s marketplace depends on our ability to produce
products which have unique physical characteristics such as strength,
durability, toughness, resistance to abrasive or corrosive forces and
flexibility.
